Responsibilities:

  • Preparing data for participation in industry-wide salary surveys, as decided by the Bank's Management;
  • Participating in the management's work to improve salary systems, including developing salary grade structures;
  • Building a KPI system for all categories of Bank employees;
  • Organizing work related to the material incentives for Bank employees;
  • Participating in the formation and control of the personnel budget (wages, bonuses, compensations, training, and others);
  • Preparing requests for budget increases/reallocation within personnel planning;
  • Developing the staffing schedule for the Bank's Head Office and branches, making changes and additions to the staffing schedule.

Education:

  • higher education in finance/economics/mathematics.
  • Work Experience:
  • at least 2 years in the banking/financial sector

Skills:

  • Computer skills, knowledge of the basic programs in the standard MS Office package (user level);
  • Advanced level of Excel;
  • Business communication etiquette skills;
  • Competent written and verbal communication;
  • Knowledge of labor protection regulations, labor organization, safety techniques, and internal labor regulations.

Language Proficiency:

Kazakh;

Russian;

English – if necessary
