Overall management of the Banking Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the BSC) and ensuring stable and effective operation in accordance with the Branch Regulations, internal normative documents, and instructions, and within the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ensuring interaction with the Branch's structural units and the Head Office of JSC 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank).
Ensuring the quality of offered banking products/services. Ensuring the quality of credit, deposit, and operational services in accordance with internal normative documents and current legislative requirements.
Monitoring the quality of the BSC's credit portfolio, timely classification of loans, control of efforts to recover problem debts and realization of collateralized property in collaboration with the Branch's legal department.
Higher education in finance, economics, technology, or law;
Higher education (for internal transfer of Bank employees).
In a banking structure for at least 3 years, including in credit/operational activities;
In financial organizations conducting specific types of banking operations for at least 3 years;
If work experience is in both a banking structure and a financial organization, provided that specific types of banking operations are conducted, the total work experience should be at least 3 years.
