Conducting sales of the bank's retail products and services through telephone sales, including but not limited to using the Bank's internal database and Alternative Sales Channels (ASC) - channels for retail banking products and services using telecommunications (phone, Internet, SMS, etc.).
Receiving incoming calls to initiate a loan application and processing customer applications for retail banking products and services.
Ensuring the fulfillment of plans for applications and sales of retail credit products (classic and consumer loans) approved by the Bank's authorized body.
Participating in the testing and implementation of automated customer service procedures through alternative sales channels.
Participating in the training and providing consultative support to responsible employees of the divisions/branches involved in servicing clients through Alternative Sales Channels and clients attracted through telephone sales.
Developing and improving the Bank's regulatory documents governing the activities of the Bank's divisions involved in the implementation of retail products and client servicing through alternative sales channels.
Responsible for compliance with the information security requirements adopted in the Bank;
Monitoring the compliance with information security requirements by third parties with whom they interact within their functional duties, including incorporating these requirements into agreements with third parties;
