Responsibilities:

  • Operational service for clients: individuals and legal entities;

  • Consulting clients on:

    • opening, managing, and closing bank accounts (including those used with payment cards);

    • deposit acceptance and issuance conditions;

    • account operations, including with payment cards and in remote banking systems;

  • terms of issuance and servicing of payment cards, including corporate payment cards, etc.

Education:

  • Higher / secondary specialized education.

Work Experience:

at least 6 (six) months in operational departments of BSB and the Bank, or at least 1 (one) year of overall experience in the banking structure.

General knowledge/skills necessary for performing job duties:

  1. computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office programs (user);
  2. business communication ethics skills;   
  3. competent written and spoken language; 
  4. knowledge of labor protection, labor organization, safety norms, and internal labor regulations.

Language Proficiency:

  • State language;

  • Russian; 

  • English – as needed.
