Duties:

  • consultations by phone

Education:

  • higher education;
  • incomplete higher education (3rd-4th year of university);
  • secondary specialized education.

Work Experience:

  • at least 6 months in the banking or financial sector.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • computer skills, knowledge of basic MS Office standard package programs (user);

  • business communication skills;

  • excellent written and oral communication;

  • knowledge of labor protection rules and standards, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations;

  • knowledge of the Bank’s internal rules and procedures;

  • communication skills, ability to engage with interlocutors, tactfulness;

  • stress resistance, responsibility, goal orientation, friendliness, initiative, ability to make quick decisions in any disputable situation.
