Responsibilities:
- Working with SME borrowers to ensure proper fulfillment of obligations on provided loans/bank guarantees, including ensuring the implementation of special conditions by the borrower in accordance with the decision of the Bank's authorized body.
- Implementing measures to recover overdue debt as provided by the Bank's internal regulations and decisions of the Bank's authorized bodies.
- Analyzing proposals to change lending conditions for SMEs related to increased borrower risks (including restructuring of loans with delays up to 90 days).
- Reviewing and processing applications submitted by SME borrowers to change lending conditions, certificates of no loan arrears for participation in tenders, and other requests in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations governing lending to small and SME clients.
- Providing well-prepared, properly formatted, accurate, and complete materials to the Bank's collegial bodies/committees for consideration and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Higher economic/technical/financial/mathematical/legal education;
- Incomplete higher education in economic/technical/financial/mathematical/legal fields (4th-5th years of part-time studies at a university);
- Secondary specialized education in economic/technical/financial/mathematical/legal fields.
Experience:
At least 6 months in a banking or financial structure, or possible without work experience if undergoing training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" for at least 1 (one) month.
