Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high quality service for small and medium business clients (hereinafter referred to as SMB).
  • Attracting new SMB clients by conducting professional consultations, presentations, and studying the activities of both potential and existing SMB clients to identify their needs for financial services provided by JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank).
  • Consultation, acceptance, and verification of SMB client documents for the issuance of tender guarantees.

Conducting business correspondence:

  • with the overseeing structural unit (hereinafter referred to as CA) of the Bank's Head Office (hereinafter referred to as HO) / other Departments of the Branch on issues of quality service improvement;
  • with SMB clients on service issues;
  • with government authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limits of own powers;
  • with other organizations/ individuals on matters affecting the Department's competence.

Selling SMB clients a comprehensive package of financial services provided by the Bank and its subsidiaries, including commercial lending, guarantee issuance, attraction of legal entity deposits, income from cash management services, remote banking services, insurance, and more.

 Education:

  • higher/incomplete higher economic/ financial/legal/technical-economic /management/marketing/mathematical education.
  • higher/incomplete higher/secondary specialized (upon transfer of an internal candidate).

 Work experience:

  • possible without work experience upon completion of training (internship) at JSC "Nurbank" for at least 1 (one) month.
  • if experience in the banking sector/financial structures/microcredit organization (credit divisions) is available - internship is not required.

 Knowledge:

  1. Computer skills, knowledge of the main programs of the standard MS Office package (user).
  2. Business communication ethics skills.  
  3. Proficient written and oral language skills.
  4. Knowledge of labor protection rules and norms, labor organization, safety techniques, internal labor regulations.
