Receiving Pensions and Benefits

Two steps to receive pensions and benefits from GCVP:

  1. open a special account at the bank or obtain a social card
  2. notify GCVP of your wish to receive your pension or benefit through JSC "Nurbank" by providing the account details, issued upon account opening by the bank manager

For recipients of payments from the GCWP under the 'Nur Kurmet' program, Nurbank offers the following services free of charge:

  • opening a special current account or social card designated for pension and allowance payments from the GCWP
  • cash withdrawal from a special current account or social card designated for pension and allowance payments from the GCWP
  • transfers between accounts of the same client
  • cashless payment for goods and services using a social card at trade and service enterprises (supermarkets, shops, salons, etc.)

Documents required to open a special account or social card:

Identity Document
Document confirming social status - pension certificate, sick leave, child's birth certificate, student ID, etc.

Recipients of pensions and allowances from GCWP are:

  • age retirees (women — from 58 years, men — from 63 years)
  • retirees for long service
  • citizens of RK receiving allowances from GCWP (one-time state benefits related to childbirth, state benefits for child care up to one year, etc.)
