It is prohibited to store explosive, flammable, toxic, radioactive, narcotic, and other substances that can harm humans and the environment in individual bank cells, including firearms, gas, and cold weapons, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

What fee is charged for replacing the lock in case of loss/damage/destruction of the lock/keys?

Additional charge for renting a safe deposit box in case the client is provided with two keys to the safe deposit box, at the client's request - 15,000 KZT is payable in addition to the main tariff on the day the rental agreement is concluded

Compensation fee for damage caused to the Bank in case of key loss due to the client’s fault during safe deposit services - 35,000 KZT
