    What cannot be stored in the cell?

    Storing explosive, flammable, toxic, radioactive, narcotic substances, and other materials potentially harmful to humans and the environment is prohibited in individual bank safety deposit boxes, including firearms, gas, and cold weapons, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    What fee is charged for replacing the lock in case of loss/damage/destruction of the lock/keys?

    An additional fee for safe deposit box rental in the case of providing the client with two keys to the safe deposit box, upon the client's request – 15,000 KZT is paid in addition to the main rate, on the day of signing the rental agreement

    The fee for compensating the Bank for damages in case of key loss due to the Client's fault within the scope of safe operations – 35,000 KZT
