Terms of the Bonus Program "Money to Money" among clients of JSC "Nurbank"
General Provisions.

- The bonus program "Money to Money" (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus Program), conducted among clients of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) is directed at attracting clients' attention to the "Golden Crown" and "UPT" money transfer systems (hereinafter referred to as MTS) when using the mobile application.
Key concepts and terms:
- Bonus – a financial reward for each transfer received by a participant in the Bonus Program through MTS in the mobile application, provided by the Bank during the Bonus Program period to the participant's current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account, opened in the Bank in tenge;
- client – an individual receiving electronic banking services through a mobile application, who is 18 years or older;
- Contact Center – the Bank's 24-hour information and consulting service, handling telephone calls, electronic and written inquiries from clients;
- Related Party – a person related to the Bank by special relationships;
- mobile application – Nurbank's mobile application Nur24.kz, available for download on Google Play and App Store for Android and/or iOS platforms respectively;
- operational day – a period during the day determined by the Bank during which the Bank conducts banking operations.
- Golden Crown MTS – the "Golden Crown" money transfer system, a participant of which is the Bank;
- UPT MTS – the "UPT" money transfer system, a participant of which is the Bank;
- push notifications – an electronic message sent by the Bank in the mobile application to notify clients.
Conditions for Participating in the Promotion.
To participate in the Bonus Program, a client must:
- be a registered user of the mobile application (for new clients registered in the mobile application during the Bonus Program period);
- have an open current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account in tenge in the Bank;
- receive a cashless money transfer through MTS in the mobile application during the Bonus Program period;

- The Bank reserves the right to change the conditions of the Bonus Program unilaterally and at any time without prior agreement with participants of the Bonus Program;
- Bank employees and Related Parties do not participate in the Bonus Program;
- Bonus Program period: from September 01, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
Bonus Size.
The bonus amount for each transfer received through MTS via the mobile application is:
- 500 tenge – for transfers up to 500,000 tenge/1 000 USD/euro;
- 1,000 tenge – for transfers from 500,001 tenge/1,001 USD/euro to 2,500,000 tenge/5,000 USD/euro;
- 1,500 tenge – for transfers from 2,500,001 tenge/5,001 USD/euro and above;

- The client is not limited in the maximum number of transfers or the maximum amount of bonuses that can be credited to the client's account.
Calculation and Crediting of Bonuses to Bank Accounts

- Upon meeting the conditions specified in clause 3.1 of this Bonus Program, the client receives bonuses in the amount specified in clause 4.1.
- Bonuses are calculated and credited to the client's account daily, for the previous operational day.
- Bonuses are credited in tenge to the participant's Action bank accounts:

- to the current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account through which the money transfer via MTS was received in tenge;
- to the current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account opened in tenge when receiving a money transfer via MTS in USD and/or euro;
- if the client has several current bank accounts or payment cards linked to the current bank account opened in tenge, the Bonus will be credited to the last active current bank account opened in tenge;

- Bonuses are not credited in the following cases:
- if the client does not have a current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account opened in tenge;
- if the client's current bank accounts or payment cards linked to the current bank account opened in tenge are blocked, seized, or subject to other restrictive measures.

- In case the participant of the Bonus Program violates the conditions of the Bonus Program, as well as identifies possible facts of fraud and/or deception in money transfers by MTS participants, the client may be excluded from participating in the Bonus Program at the discretion of the Bank unilaterally without additional notification.
- The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Campaign unilaterally early by publishing a message about the termination on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.
