General Provisions.

The bonus program 'Money to Money' (hereinafter referred to as the Bonus Program), conducted among customers of JSC 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), aims to attract customers' attention to the 'Zolotaya Korona' and 'UPT' money transfer systems (hereinafter referred to as MTS) when using the mobile app.

Main Concepts and Terms:

1. Bonus – a cash payment for each transfer received by a participant in the Bonus Program through the MTS in the mobile app, provided by the Bank during the Bonus Program to the participant's current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account opened in the Bank in tenge.
2. Client – a physical person receiving electronic banking services through the mobile app, who has reached 18 years of age.
3. Contact Center – the Bank's round-the-clock information and consultation service handling phone calls, electronic, and written inquiries from Clients.
4. Connected Stakeholder – a person having special relations with the Bank.
5. Mobile Application – the Bank's mobile application Nur24.kz, available for download in Google Play and the App Store for Android and/or iOS platforms respectively.
6. Operational Day – the time period during the day determined by the Bank when the Bank performs banking operations.
7. 'Zolotaya Korona' MTS – the 'Zolotaya Korona' money transfer system, of which the Bank is a participant.
8. 'UPT' MTS – the 'UPT' money transfer system, of which the Bank is a participant;
9. Push Notifications – an electronic message sent by the Bank in the mobile app to notify clients.

Conditions of Participation in the Promotion.

To participate in the Bonus Program, the client must:

1. be a registered user of the mobile app (for new clients, registered in the mobile app during the Bonus Program period).
2. have an open current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account in tenge at the Bank.
3. receive a non-cash money transfer via MTS through the mobile app during the Bonus Program period.

1. • The Bank reserves the right to change the terms of the Bonus Program unilaterally and at any time without prior agreement with the Bonus Program participants.
   • Bank employees and Connected Stakeholders cannot participate in the Bonus Program.
   • Bonus Program period: September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

Bonus Amount.

The bonus amount for each transfer received via MTS through the mobile app is:

1. 500 tenge – for a transfer up to 500,000 tenge/$1,000/euro.
2. 1,000 tenge – for a transfer from 500,001 tenge/$1,001/euro to 2,500,000 tenge/$5,000/euro.
3. 1,500 tenge – for a transfer over 2,500,001 tenge/$5,001/euro and more.

1. • The client is not limited in the maximum number of paid transfers or the maximum bonus amount to be credited to the client's account.

Calculation and Crediting of Bonuses to Bank Accounts

1. After fulfilling the conditions specified in clause 3.1 of this Bonus Program, the client receives bonuses in the amount provided in clause 4.1.
2. Bonuses are calculated and credited to the client's account daily, for the previous operational day.
3. Bonuses are credited in tenge to the Action participant's bank accounts:
   1. to the current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account, where the MTS money transfer operation was performed, in tenge.
   2. to the current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account, opened in tenge when receiving a MTS money transfer in US dollars and/or euros.
   3. If the client has several current bank accounts or payment cards linked to the current bank account opened in tenge, the Bonus will be credited to the last active current bank account opened in tenge.
4. No bonuses are credited in cases:
   1. if the client does not have a current bank account or payment card linked to the current bank account opened in tenge.
   2. if the client's current bank accounts or payment cards linked to the current bank account opened in tenge are blocked, arrested, or subject to other restrictive measures.
5. In case of the participant's violation of the Bonus Program conditions and upon detecting possible fraud and/or money transfer fraud by the participants via SMP, the client can be excluded from participating in the Bonus Program unilaterally at the Bank's discretion without additional notification.
6. The Bank reserves the right to prematurely terminate the Promotion unilaterally by publishing a notice of termination on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.
