KPI: credit consultation requests made by potential borrowers on the internet resource nurbank.kz, obtained from transitions from advertising and informational materials on personal loans, including refinancing.
KPI: number of requests
Period: July – December 2025 inclusive (6 months)
Budget: 28,000,000 KZT, including agency fee with VAT, if the provider is a VAT payer
Geography: Republic of Kazakhstan
Target Audience: men and women, 25–55 years old, in need of money
Tools: search and contextual advertising in Google and Yandex, META, TikTok
The supplier's commission is paid in the following order:
1) Upon achieving 100% KPI, the supplier is paid 100% of the cost of online advertising services.
2) Upon achieving KPI from 85% to 99%, the supplier is paid 85% of the cost of online advertising services.
3) Upon achieving KPI from 50% to 84%, the supplier is paid 40% of the cost of online advertising services.
4) If less than 50% KPI is achieved, the cost of online advertising services is not paid.
Payment terms: monthly post-payment based on the actual services rendered for the reporting period (month) after the Act of services rendered is signed by the Parties for the reporting period.
The recalculation of service costs in case of not achieving KPI occurs after the completion of the entire advertising campaign period. If the supplier's service cost, considering the percentage gradation due to non-fulfillment of KPI, is less than the cost paid by the Bank at the final settlement, the supplier is obligated to refund the recalculated amount to the Bank within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment the Act of services rendered is signed.
1) an application for participation in the tender in the prescribed form, according to Appendix 1 to this letter in Kazakh/Russian languages;
2) copies of the founding documents, certificate of registration/re-registration of the legal entity (Charter, certificate of VAT registration);
3) a copy of the document identifying the authorized representative of the supplier;
4) a power of attorney from the supplier to the authorized person for participation in the Tender;
5) a decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on the election (appointment) of the executive body (head).
6) copies of the charter, power of attorney, order on the appointment of the first leader, decision on the establishment of LLP, LLP protocols;
1) price proposals;
2) an original certificate from the servicing bank confirming the applicant's bank details and the absence of overdue debts to the bank;
3) copies of financial statements for legal entities for one year, certified with the legal entity's seal;
4) an original certificate from the Tax Committee at the supplier's place of registration or an electronic extract on the presence/absence of tax liabilities;
5) copies of recommendations and reviews from legal entities/individual entrepreneurs who have previously cooperated with the supplier, containing assessments and characteristics of the cooperation experience, including timeliness, completeness of obligations, and more (if available);
6) copies of Corporate Income Tax Declarations for the 2 (two) years preceding the Tender. If there are tax losses for the preceding two years, the participant must provide a rationale for the price of the proposed goods/services (for procurement of goods/works/services that are later subject to international business operations);
7) confirmation of the consent to make mutual settlements under the Agreement through a bank account opened in JSC "Nurbank";
The prospective supplier bears all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their tender application, and the Bank and the tender committee are not responsible and bear no obligations for these expenses, regardless of the nature of the tender conduct and results.
JSC "Nurbank" has the right to cancel or postpone the tender by providing written notice to prospective suppliers who have submitted tender applications, about the cancellation or postponement of the tender, indicating the new date of the tender.
The prospective supplier has the right to modify or withdraw their application before the final deadline for submitting tender applications.
The tender will be conducted with the participation of an authorized representative of the prospective service provider or without one if the authorized representative will not participate in the tender.
The deadline for submitting tender documents is by 10:00 AM on May 6, 2025. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope (with contact details indicated on the envelope) to the bank's office located at: Almaty, Abay Ave. 10 'V', office 204.
Envelope opening date: 2:30 PM on May 8, 2025.
