  1. Under no circumstances should you DISCLOSE your login and password to anyone, including employees of JSC "Nurbank." THE LOGIN PASSWORD for the "Nur24.kz" system is your personal CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Responsibility for storing personal confidential data and passwords lies with the user.
  2. If your mobile phone, which the Bank sends SMS notifications to, is lost/stolen, or if the SIM card unexpectedly stops working, you should contact your mobile operator as soon as possible to block the SIM card and inform the Bank accordingly.
  3. Do not provide phone numbers that do not belong to you when registering in the IBFL system or when changing settings.
  4. Regularly review all messages about transactions accepted and not accepted by the Bank, and immediately notify the Bank of any cases of unauthorized crediting (transference) of money.
  5. ENHANCE YOUR SECURITY LEVEL - Use additional services of the Bank, such as the "SMS notification" system and setting limits on card transactions on the Internet, etc.
  6. Do not open emails from unknown individuals, as they may contain viruses. Carefully read the subject lines of messages, and if you are not sure that an email is from a reliable source, do not open it. Do not trust the friendly tone of messages or the urgency of requests contained within them.
  7. Cancelling transactions in Internet banking is not provided. If you receive an SMS message with a password request to cancel a transaction or are prompted to enter a password to cancel a transaction in Internet banking, stop using the service and immediately contact the Bank. Do not click on links or open attached files in suspicious emails, especially if the email states that the issue is urgent and asks you to quickly open an attached file with some extension.
  8. Try to access your Internet banking only from your personal computer, phone, or tablet. Avoid public places with public Internet access points (such as internet cafes and gaming clubs) as you cannot be sure that the computers in these establishments do not have spyware installed that could capture your confidential identification and personal data.
  9. Do not leave your personal data in blogs, forums, and social networks.
The bank holds all necessary information and never, under any circumstances, SENDS EMAILS, SMS messages, or MAKES phone calls requesting clients' details, login and password for personal Internet banking, nor does it distribute programs and their updates via email.
