Terms of the 'Invite a Friend and Get Cashback' promotion among clients of JSC 'Nurbank'

General Provisions

Name of the promotion: 'Invite a Friend and Get Cashback' (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion)
Promotion period: from December 9, 2025, to February 8, 2026

Promotion Participants

Promotion participant – a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan older than 18 years, who is a client of JSC 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) and a user of the Nur24.kz mobile app, attracting other individuals (invited users) to make transfers via the 'Golden Crown' or 'UPT' systems through the Nur24.kz mobile app

Persons equated to those with special relations with the Bank cannot participate in the Promotion

Participation Terms

To participate in the Promotion, a client of the Bank must:

1) Be a user of the Nur24.kz mobile app

2) Have an active account in tenge at the Bank

3) Share a referral link with the invited user via WhatsApp or Telegram

3) The invited user must download the Nur24.kz mobile app and send a money transfer via the 'Golden Crown' or 'UPT' system through the Nur24.kz mobile app according to the terms of the Promotion

The minimum transfer amount must not be less than:

750 US dollars
650 euros
60,000 Russian rubles
400,000 tenge

The maximum transfer amount must not exceed 10,000 US dollars in equivalent of other currencies

Transfers must be sent during the Promotion period

Cashback Credit Procedure

1. Upon meeting the conditions of the Promotion specified in paragraph 3 of these Terms, the Promotion participant is credited with cashback according to item 3 of the Terms.
2. The cashback amount is 3,000 (three thousand) tenge for each invited user who sent a money transfer according to the terms of the Promotion.
3. The maximum cashback amount for one Promotion participant is no more than 100,000 (one hundred thousand) tenge for the entire Promotion period.
4. If multiple invited users are attracted by one Promotion participant, cashback is credited for each invited user who makes a transfer, once.
5. Cashback is credited to the Promotion participant's account the day after the transfer is made by the invited user.
6. The cashback amount will be credited to the Promotion participant:
to the account designated as 'primary' in the client's card, opened in tenge
if there is no 'primary' account, to the account with the last transaction conducted
if the Promotion participant does not have an open account in tenge, cashback is not credited

Other Terms

1. By inviting a user with a referral link, the Promotion participant consents to the processing of personal data and confirms awareness of the Promotion Terms posted on the Bank's website www.nurbank.kz.
2. By inviting a user, the Promotion participant automatically receives the status of an Agent, and the terms of the Agent agreement are considered accepted automatically.
3. The Bank reserves the right to change the Promotion terms without prior agreement with the Promotion participants unilaterally and at any time.

For violations of the Promotion terms, including potential fraud and/or deception by the Promotion participant, the Promotion participant may be excluded from the Promotion unilaterally at the Bank's discretion.
