Dear Depositors, on October 7, 2016, JSC 'Nurbank' performed the payout of the first tranche of compensation for individual deposits in the national currency (tenge), due to the transition to the freely floating exchange rate regime.

We would like to inform you that, following the instruction of the Head of State on the compensation of time deposits in tenge, the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a mechanism and approved the Procedure for Compensation of Deposits of Individuals, open in tenge, in connection with the transition to a floating exchange rate regime.

Herewith, the Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction involving a conflict of interest.
