How to Participate
In the Nur24.kz mobile app or at a Nurbank branch.
Each transfer meeting the requirements is a separate application. More transfers—more chances.
Once the campaign is over, we will select 7 winners randomly during a live broadcast on NurBank's Instagram.
No registration is required — simply send the transfer during the promotion period.

Draw
- All eligible entries are entered into the draw after the promotion ends.
- Winners are chosen randomly during a live event on Nurbank's official Instagram page.
- One winner receives the main prize, and another six receive additional prizes.
Prize Redemption
- We will call the phone number provided during the transfer process.
- An identity document is required to claim the prize. We will coordinate the location and method of delivery with you.
- If we are unable to reach the winner within 5 business days, the bank reserves the right to conduct a new draw.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Who can participate
An individual aged 18 or older can participate in the Promotion if they send a money transfer via the Ria Money Transfer system during the Promotion:
- at a Nurbank branch, or
- through the Nur24.kz mobile application
Employees of Joint Stock Company “Nurbank” and persons associated with the Bank through special relationships are not allowed to participate in the Promotion.
- Terms of Participation
To participate in the Promotion, during its period, you need to make a money transfer through the Ria Money Transfer system for the amount of:
- at least 1 US dollar or
- at least 1 euro
Each money transfer that meets the Promotion terms is a separate entry for the prize draw.
The more transfers that meet the Promotion terms the participant makes, the more entries will be submitted for the prize draw.
Transfers with statuses "Returned" and "Cancelled" do not qualify for the Promotion.

There will be 7 winners determined by the end of the Promotion.
Prizes:
- 1st place — iPhone 17 Pro 512 GB in orange
- 2nd and 3rd places — HP OmniBook laptops
- 4th to 7th places — Yandex Stations
- How Winners Will Be Determined
After the campaign period concludes, all money transfers meeting the campaign criteria will be entered into the drawing.
Winners will be selected randomly during a live broadcast on Nurbank's official Instagram page.
The drawing will result in 7 winners: one grand prize winner and six additional prize winners.
- Prize Collection
After the drawing, the Bank will contact the winners using the phone number provided during the money transfer process.
If the winner cannot be reached within 5 (five) business days or if the winner declines the prize, the Bank reserves the right to conduct a repeat drawing and determine a new winner at random through a live broadcast on Instagram.
To collect the prize, the winner must present an identification document.
The place and method of receiving the prize are agreed upon with the winner.
Taxes and other mandatory payments associated with receiving the prize as part of the Promotion are paid by JSC "Nurbank" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Additional Terms
JSC "Nurbank" reserves the right to make changes to the terms of the Promotion. Information about changes is published on the official website nurbank.kz.
In case of violation of the Promotion's terms, including suspected fraudulent actions by the participant, the Bank reserves the right to exclude such a participant from the Promotion.
Participation in the Promotion implies that the participant has read and agreed to these Terms.
