JSC 'Nurbank' notifies you that in connection with the enforcement from August 13, 2010, of subparagraphs 4 and 5 of paragraph 4 of Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On National Registers of Identification Numbers' No. 223-III LRK dated January 12, 2007, the bank is conducting work on the collection and inclusion in the bank client dossiers of information on Individual Identification Numbers of individuals (hereinafter referred to as IIN) and Business Identification Numbers.

JSC "Nurbank" informs you that from March 9, 2010, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 191-IV of August 28, 2009, "On Counteracting Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds Obtained by Illegal Means and Financing of Terrorism" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) comes into effect.

On February 4, 2010, Nurbank executed a non-subordinated bond issue amounting to a total of 16 billion tenge with a five-year maturity. This issue was duly registered with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations.
