JSC Nurbank announces the results of voting at the Bank's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting), which was held on May 26, 2022.

JSC 'Nurbank' and De Montfort University Kazakhstan (DMU Kazakhstan) have signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation. The joint activities of the parties will focus on establishing partnership relations, developing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation in the framework of joint scientific and financial projects, as well as initiatives for the training of highly qualified personnel in the financial and banking sector.

Due to changes in the institutional structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the revision of the S&P Global Ratings' assessment of development trends and sector risks of the banking sector, the agency has confirmed the ratings of 8 Kazakh banks.

Nurbank has restored the operation of all branches and offices across all regions of Kazakhstan. Working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (+/- depending on the situation in the region). The head bank operates in normal mode.

The international rating agency "S&P Global Ratings" published a report on the activities of JSC "Nurbank" regarding its financial condition at the end of 2020, including the indicators of the third quarter of 2021.

By the decision of the Board of Directors of JSC “Nurbank” on September 29, 2021, Gulnara Abaevna Musataeva was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of the bank.
